38
People have downloaded TS3Tools?
Before the switch to SimTools, 38 active users downloaded and used TS3Tools at one point.
Well... The time is fast approaching.
Work on SimTools v4 is nearly finished. There are a few small tweaks and bugfixes that I am ironing out, but progress is near completion.
This is the version of TS3Tools/SimTools that I am most proud of. With this release, SimTools has finally broken into the open-source scene, allowing the community to suggest and submit changes. This is a vital part of SimTools that I have wanted to include since day one, but only recently have been able to make happen.
The other feature that I am proud of is the inclusion of a file repository for downloads. Even if SimTools has not been updated, the application will check against files on the repo server, and if the files are newer, will fetch them again. Meaning you will always get the most up to date version of a tool or mod, even if SimTools itself has not gotten updated at the time the mod is updated.
For the moment, if anyone is curious and would like to give SimTools a try, you can download an alpha build and try it out for yourself. Though keep in mind, this build is less than refined.
